Since 2016, Blanchard Pakistan has been delivering impactful leadership programs that support clients across various industries. Some of these programs are delivered as public workshops through the IBA and the PSTD in Karachi. Aiming to rapidly draw an organization’s big picture and to identify and unleash the potential of its people, we work closely with our clients to design and implement large-scale organizational development and cultural changes.
